This leaflet is designed to help you reflect upon your actions since your last confession or preparing for your first confession.

Although it is a short examination of conscience, it will help the reader to expand their understanding of what is sin and what needs to be confessed and changed in someone's life. Sometimes change is immediate and sometimes change takes time, but God's Mercy in the Sacrament of Confession is always there for every genuine Catholic who wishes to honestly repent.

Please leave in your local church or Blessed Sacrament Chapel, hospice or hospital. Give them out at a prayer meeting or leave them out before Mass. We'll never know how God uses these leaflets to change someone's life, we can only trust that He will. Thank you for making the effort to promote our Catholic Faith in your parish.
