Father Gabriele Amorth, the former chief exorcist in Rome, used to say that "a good confession is better than an exorcism".

This leaflet helps us prepare for the Sacrament of Confession. It guides us through our examination of our conscience since our last confession, going through the ten Commandments, proposing questions to us, that will help us to remember any occasion of sin. Please view leaflet to see text.

Please leave in your local church or Blessed Sacrament Chapel, hospice or hospital. Give them out at a prayer meeting or leave them out before Mass.
